PureGlyde is Meyer Blinds’ exclusive purpose-built recessed Curtain Track system for motorised applications. Combining Somfy Glydea Ultra and Movelite motor systems with a custom-designed aluminium recess profile and engineered componentry, PureGlyde has been created specifically to overcome the installation, servicing and finishing limitations commonly associated with recessed motorised curtain applications.

Bendable: Yes – both profiles need to be bent together ( can’t be reverse bent )
Bend options: Fixed Radius or Continuous curves – Templates required.
Min Bend Radius: 500mm.
Motor Options: Somfy Glydea Ultra, Movelite, Zigbee – WireFree and Hard-Wired options.
Motor Types: Remote operated – RTS, Remote Operated – Zigbee, Home Automation – “WT”
Extras: Somfy Tahoma Switch allows for app operation, timer setting, scenes, and schedules.

- Pure Glyde is a recess solution | Designed & developed exclusively by Meyer Blinds. Suitable for all Somfy Glydea motors.
- Standard or Wave | (60mm or 80mm glider spacings available) headings – roller gliders in all cases.
- Bendable 500mm minimum radius | Bending both tracks together.
- Fixing within Pure Glyde recess secured with wedges | This configuration is also bendable –
500mm minimum radius – please note that both track profiles must be bent together. - Maximum width of up to 15m & a maximum curtain weight of up to 60kg | This varies depending on motor
selection and upon track configuration – please refer to curtain weight charts).

PureGlyde Wedge | Securing Somfy Tracks into PureGlyde Profile

The Somfy Motorised curtain track is secured within the Pure Glyde recess profile by insert removable wedges shown below and highlighted in red. The wedge keeps the track locked onto a “lip” on the top side of the recess profile.
The Wedge is a custom product designed to click into the tracks.
It’s easily removable for servicing of tracks at a later stage.
